By using AI Yard Planner, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and only with photos and instructions you have the right to process.

AI landscape previews

AI Yard Planner creates visual concepts and planning notes. Results are not construction documents, permit drawings, engineering advice, drainage plans, cost estimates, or professional landscape architecture services.

Local verification

Before buying materials or building, verify plant suitability, climate, soil, irrigation, drainage, grading, underground utilities, property boundaries, homeowner association rules, and local permitting requirements.

Credits

The service uses credits. A generation action may consume credits according to the pricing page and product state shown before generation. Credits are intended for the account and site where they are purchased.

Payments

Paid credits and subscriptions, when available, are processed by Stripe. Checkout availability depends on configured production Stripe Price IDs.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, private images without permission, harmful instructions, attempts to bypass credits, or content that violates third-party rights.

Service changes

We may update features, pricing, limits, AI providers, and these terms as the product changes. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
