AI Yard Planner collects only the information needed to provide account access, credits, uploaded yard photo processing, support, analytics, and payment workflows.

Account and usage data

If you sign in, we store account identifiers, authentication records, credits balance, credit transactions, generation records, and support or feedback messages you choose to send.

Uploaded photos

Uploaded yard photos are used to create the requested AI landscape design preview. Photos and generated results may be stored so you can retrieve results, resolve support issues, and protect credits from failed jobs.

AI providers

To create a preview, image data and prompt instructions may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure used by the shared SaaS Factory API. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. AI Yard Planner does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles checkout, payment method details, and receipts according to its own policies.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics and product events to understand page visits, uploads, generation starts, checkout clicks, errors, and result completion. Analytics help improve reliability and user experience.

Contact and deletion

Use the site feedback channel for account, billing, or deletion requests. Some records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing reconciliation, or service security.
